Empire Games offers a 30-day return policy on all streetwear and apparel to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed by our warehouse team.
